Advice for Road Runners: The HOKA Men's Arahi 7 are stability running shoes. HOKA's J-Frame™ helps reduce excess pronation and stabilises your feet and ankles.
Underfoot Feel
The HOKA Arahi 7 cushioning feels protective, but not overly soft. This is because there's a J shaped section of firmer foam. The denser J-Frame™ support should feel comfortable, providing you require additional stability.
As you transition from landing to take-off, you should feel the MetaRocker™ technology rolling your feet forward. This delivers a smooth and fluid sensation.
Even though the midsole has a lot of added support, it feels very lightweight.
Upper Fit
The HOKA Arahi 7 upper is all about comfort. The premium flat-knit design feels light and breathable. It also delivers a locked in fit which should feel secure and supportive. A plush tongue helps alleviate lace pressure.
Ideal Run Type
Even though the HOKA Men's Arahi 7 don't feel ultra soft, they feel very comfortable for slower paced runs. The light and responsive nature of the cushioning lends itself to some steadier paced running too. This makes them a great choice for runners who mix up the pace of their daily miles.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
