Advice for Trail Runners: The NNormal Unisex Tomir Trail Running Shoes in the Grey/Purple colourway are highly versatile. Well cushioned, durable trail running shoes. Great for training runs in an off-road setting.
Underfoot Feel
An EVA midsole provides high levels of cushioning. Designed to feel light underfoot; not heavy. The main purpose of the midsole is to provide cushioning. However, it also creates a stable platform to run on.
The outsole is made of a combination of Vibram® Megagrip and Vibram® Litebase. The result? A very hard wearing outsole that will provide great traction on a wide range of underfoot conditions, especially on hard, compact ground.
Upper Fit
The most noticeable feature of the Tomir's upper is the asymmetrical lacing. This provides increased support and a reduction in the chance of excess pressure.
You will also notice that the upper is very hard wearing. This results from the fact that the upper is made from a blend of monofilament polyester and TPE.
Ideal Run Type

For faster training runs or races, we recommend looking at the .
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
